Great Feedback
It’s always very exciting when we hear the crunch of gravel down the drive, followed by the glimpse of royal red as the postman delivers the daily mail to the Scotts office. With the world of high speed broadband, inboxes and SMS, the human element is often sorely missed. Not here though, we like talking to people - and we love getting mail from them, especially feedback forms!
It’s the first question we ask clients who have booked a self catered castle or holiday home through us that ours staff eagerly await; ‘How would you rate the helpfulness & telephone manner of our bookings staff’? If they score a ‘5′ (which is fairly often I’m proud to report) they perform the ‘Scotts’ equivalent of the haka. They are easy to please!
Feedback is great though for a myriad of reasons. It’s great quality control, and over time gives us a snapshot of how we and our collection of holiday homes in Scotland are performing.
Look what came in today’s mail - this is from a client who booked one of our properties in Perthshire. Score on our service, 5/5. Score on the property, 5/5.
“The best property I have ever stayed in. Extremely well equipped and well catered for babies & children. The property is an asset to your company. We hope to return.” Mrs H. from Tyne & Wear.
