Staff Snowed Out
Help! I’m the only one in the office today (as I live only four fields away and can walk to work there’s no excuse really, not even for snow) so please bear with me . The building has a rather eerie silence to it given I’m the only one here (there are normally 15 of us on a good day) Why oh! why couldn’t the snow wait ’til the weekend? I have two extremely excitable children outside building the world’s biggest snowman with my husband and given they’ve never seen snow before (they’re Aussies), I don’t really want to miss it! From a work/balance point of view - life is too short!
I’ll be popping in and out of the office all day to answer any enquiries so please don’t think I’m deserting you altogether. Do please leave a message on the answerphone if you have any questions about renting a castle or holiday house in Scotland and I promise to call you back!
